What do I do if I cannot see my classes in Microsoft Teams?

Teams are generated automatically by the integration system. Each class that you teach should have a corresponding Team. If for some reason you cannot see all your classes or you have missing team members, please follow this procedure:

  1. Check that your classes are visible on MySchool.
  2. If your classes are not visible on MySchool please speak to the school clerk about the issue. Once the classes are added on MySchool the respective Teams will be generated automatically within a few days.
  3. If your classes are visible on MySchool but you still cannot see them on Teams please contact the ICT Support technical team by calling 21225151.
