How do I check that I have a recovery Email and Mobile number on my Microsoft Account?

It happens to everyone that we might forget our username and password. As a preventative measure, your Microsoft account has a personal email and phone number linked to it. These will be used in case you forget your password so it is very important to check that you have these in place by following these steps:

1. Visit office.com and log in with your iLearn account.

2. Click on your profile picture and select View account.

3. Click on Security info.
4. Check that you have a Phone and *Email as a method of contact. If not, you can add them by clicking +Add Method.

*Note that the email you supply here should be an alternative email such as a personal Gmail account not your actual iLearn email.
