How do I open a new incognito/private window in my browser?
When using the all-in-one computers to log in to personal accounts such as Office 365 (www.office.com), Microsoft Teams (teams.microsoft.com), OneDrive (onedrive.microsoft.com) or Outlook (outlook.office.com), it is always a good idea to use a New Private Window (When using Edge) or Incognito Window (When using *Chrome). When you browse using private/incognito windows, your personal data is not saved on the all-in-one computer thus you avoid the problem of leaving your login data available to other users.
Enable Third-party Cookies in Chrome Incognito Mode
When using the Chrome incognito window you may need to enable 3rd party cookies to be able to access websites such as Microsoft Teams. Follow these steps to enable all cookies:
- At the top right, click on … (more) and select Settings .
- Under “Privacy and security,” click Cookies and other site data.
- Select an option: Allow all cookies.
