How do I share the computer sound when sharing the screen during a meeting?

Sharing computer sound during a Teams meetings is useful if you wish to play a video or a sound clip while you share the screen. Your audience will be able to hear all the sound outputted from your computer.

To share the computer sound during a Teams meeting you need to follow the following steps:

1. Click on Share.

2. Tick Include computer sound.

3. Select Screen or Window.

You can also enable or disable sharing of computer sound while sharing your screen or window. Simply hover your mouse to the top of the screen to bring the presenter menu, then click on the Include System Audio button as shown below.
