How do I set the correct time zone on Outlook?

Having the correct time zone on your office account is very important. You will notice that appointments, bookings and emails will appear to be received at the wrong time of the day. This is how to check your time zone and fix the issue:

  1. Log on to your Outlook using your iLearn account.
  1. Click on the cogwheel:
  1. Then View all Outlook Settings
  1. Click on General from side menu, in the Language and time page make sure it is set to (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin…:
  1. Click on Calendar and check that the time zone for the Calendar matches the correct time zone. If this is not the case, tick I’m going to remain in (UTC +01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern….
