An online debate, held on Friday 25th February 2022, in collaboration with the Migrant Learners Unit and the Education Officer for Ethics within the Directorate for Learning and Assessment Programmes.

Activities in schools

This year we received 98 activities organised by Maltese educators aimed to raise awareness about dangers online and to enable students become digital citizens. This was a huge success.

Facts4All MOOC: Schools tackling disinformation

Any information presented on the internet or social networks is not always reliable. Faced with the scourge of online disinformation, and the emergence of fake news, Internet users are encouraged to develop critical thinking. The Facts4All project, in its new MOOC, invites primary and secondary school teachers to join its new course to develop and implement effective whole-school approaches to foster critical thinking and tackle online disinformation.

The course starts on 14 March 2022, but registration is already open!
